After achieving an MA in Film and Visual Culture at the University of Aberdeen he moved to Los Angeles where he gained an MFA in Filmmaking with distinction and worked in the film industry.


It was here he honed his skills in the craft of storytelling as he practiced, studied and worked on renown film set and backlots. His work has gone on to be showcased at a number of world-wide film festivals, including the Cannes Short Film Corner, XpoNorth and more recently the BAFTA qualifying Portobello Film Festival in London.



Cliff has a lifelong passion for comics and storytelling. He really began to appreciate comics as an art form at the

age of twelve when he first read 2000ad. Through this he discovered great British writers such as Alan Moore and

Grant Morrison. Something that has influenced his life ever since.


He graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with an honours degree in Media, Film and Creative Writing. Since then he has built up considerable knowledge of comic book scripting. Which he used to produce his first title; Toy-Z.





Pat Mills has been referred to as the ‘Godfather of British Comics’ having been the creator of seminal comic 2000 AD in 1978, which revolutionised the industry. A long term British comics writer and editor who revitalised British boys comics in the 1970s and has remained a leading light in the global comic industry ever since. As well as his influential role in creating and contributing to numerous of British comics, Mills has produced work in both America and Europe.  In addition, he has been a strident and vocal supporter for more diversity in the creative industries, in particular for more female creators and artists in the comic book industry.


Craig is a European Patent, Trade Mark and Design Attorney and advises professionally on intellectual property strategy.  He started in the profession in the ‘90s and quickly progressed through the professional exams, becoming one of the first Chartered Patent Attorneys based in Aberdeen. 


He founded HGF Aberdeen in 2011 and has attracted numerous local and international clients.  He has been listed in Managing Intellectual Property as an IP Star since 2016.  Now he is a volunteer examiner for the exams required to qualify as a European Patent Attorney, marking papers in English and French.  


In 2019 Craig gained a Credential from Harvard Business School Online to add to his legal and technical qualifications.  He is excited to be advising Untitled Comics in this formative period.




Tony is the former CEO of Irish online technology success story, Demonware, as well as an investor in & adviser to several technology startups. He is an accomplished technology leader with 25+ year’s experience who has held positions with several fast-growing technology companies, both start-ups and multinational corporations. Over that period he has worked on hundreds of apps, websites & online services & has credits in 150+ videogame titles.


He was the CEO of Demonware, the online services provider behind some of the largest video-game brands in the world - where he oversaw all technology & product development. Demonware was acquired by Activision-Blizzard, the world’s largest video-game publisher - where Kelly later helped architect the online, ecommerce & business intelligence / big data strategy - as well as bringing Call of Duty to China. During this same period he took the company from being a $1.5M per year cost centre to a $1Bn per year generating profit centre.
